Privacy Policy for SIP Planner

SIP Planner is an offline investment-planning calculator for Indian mutual fund investors. This Privacy Policy explains how the SIP Planner mobile application (the App) handles information.

Information We Collect

SIP Planner does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information.

The App does not require an account and does not request your name, email address, phone number, financial account credentials, identity documents, contacts, location, camera, microphone, or other sensitive personal information.

The financial figures and assumptions you enter, such as monthly contributions, investment duration, expected return, inflation, goals, withdrawals, and salary assumptions, are used only to calculate projections on your device. The App does not send these values to a server.

Data Stored on Your Device

The App does not currently maintain an App-managed online profile or cloud account. Temporary values may exist in the App's process memory while you use a calculation and are removed when the App is closed or the operating system clears the App's memory.

The Android or iOS operating system may create its own technical files, diagnostics, backups, or logs. Those are controlled by the relevant platform provider and its privacy practices, not by SIP Planner.

Information Shared with Third Parties

SIP Planner does not share user-entered information with third parties. The App does not include advertising SDKs, analytics services, tracking technologies, or social sign-in services.

When you use an operating-system feature outside the App, such as device backup, sharing, or printing, information may be handled by the selected platform or service. That handling is governed by the privacy policy of that platform or service.

Internet and Network Access

SIP Planner is designed to perform its calculations offline and does not operate an App-owned server or transmit calculation inputs over the internet.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because SIP Planner does not collect or maintain personal information on its servers, there is no App-held account or server data to delete. You can remove local App data or uninstall the App using your device's operating-system controls.

Children's Privacy

SIP Planner is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, contact us using the address below.

Security

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Since SIP Planner does not transmit calculation inputs to an App-owned server, the primary protection of those inputs is provided by your device and its operating-system security settings. Keep your device and operating system up to date and use an appropriate device lock.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App's data practices change or when required by law. The updated policy will be published at the public URL used for the Google Play listing, with a revised effective date.
